Every photo generated by our AI is hundred percent unique and is not from a preset. In fact, we don't even have preset prompts. Every photo is generated using customised prompts, AI models, product models, and trainings.
Yes! You can add a photoshoot brief in the submission form, just as you would to a real photographer.
Since we create a real AI model of your product, it's best to upload 5 to 15 images of medium to high quality. It is possible to train with as low as 1 image but we don't take quality guarantees for less than 5 images.

Since we train every product's own custom AI model, our profit margin is quite slim and it's not possible for us to offer full refunds. We are offering a 50% refund for customers unhappy with the quality but you'll have to get on a call with us so we can better understand your concerns.
Training a good model depending on the product complexity takes anywhere between 30 minutes to 2 hours. After the model generation, it usually takes about 1 to 3 hours for custom prompting and quality control checks. In most cases you will receive your final photoshoot deliverables between 3 to 8 hours.
